This is the 2nd time in the last month that I have received this error. When I called the first time I needed to update my Norton 360 Premier. I've checked for updates and I'm up to date. I restarted my computer and it does not fix the problem either.
I backup on a weekly basis. When I select fix now it automatically starts the backup on one screen and a fix now backup on another screen. The backup completes to 100%. I click close and get fix not complete on the fix now screen.
