Windows 7 (64 bit) system, AVAST anti-virus, AdAware (w/AdWatchLive), Windows Firewall. As soon as I started PC Checkup I received the following error:

There is a "Retry" button but clicking it doesn't work. I've seen problems where not having a browser open can cause programs to fail so I also started up IE and then tried the "Retry" button.
I ran PC Checkup anyway and all 3 functions (Protection, Performance, Virus & Spyware) seemed to work correctly.
