I have Norton 360 Deluxe Plus for 5 devices. It is installed on 4/5 devices - 2 Windows 11 PCs and 2 Samsung Android phones, which leaves 1 unused device.
The Dashboard on both Window 11 PCs incorrectly shows that Norton is installed on only 3/5 devices.
Both phone apps correctly show Norton installed on 4/5 devices.
When I log into my account and look at the licenses, it correctly shows Norton installed on 4/5 devices.
My account also correctly shows the 4 devices that have Norton installed.
Question - how do I fix the problem on both Windows 11 PCs so that the dashboard correctly shows Norton installed on 4/5 devices?
