PC Identity will not stay on

My identity protection feature will not stay on.  It periodically turns itself off.  Help

The green box on the tool bar has always said that the phishing protection is on.  Only when I pull up Norton does the red x appear as well as in the lower left icon area.

Which is the version of Internet Explorer that you are using?

 

Anyways, just try the fix tool from the link I have provided in my previous post. Sometimes, it will fix the issue. Also, do you have any other Security programs or Parental Control programs?

I had IE8, but removed it and went back to IE7.  I also ran the fix you suggested.  I will restart my computer and see if the problems continue.  I will check back in this evening and let you know if things are back to normal.  Thanks for your help.

PC identity has stayed on since this afternoon.  It appears the problem was fixed when I removed IE8and ran the fix you suggested.   Thanks for yor assistance.
