PC Security at Risk, defs up to date..But risk alert continues

Norton 360 v 5.1.0.29: Red X for Security at risk, I have clicked fix all, it says are up to date, click again and it says again it is updated...

But it continues to says to fix all and my computer is at risk.  Done that many times, rebooted and still gives fix alert

 

also can not sign into my account,,,an error page of security risks pop up

 

what's next, am I safe how do i fix this alert

the date was wrong on my computer, once it was changed and rebooted, it agains is working fine.
