I have just responded to a message to close my PC tools account and transfer the remaining subscription time to my Norton account. I mistakenly assumed that the time, 133 days, would be added to my active account, but instead the transfer created a new account with the remaining time in it. My active account has about 600 days in it so the time in the transferred account will never be used. My question: can the 133 days be transferred (added) to my active account? I would very much like to have the 133 days added to my active account so I don’t feel like I’ve thrown away the PC Tools subscription time. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.
