Tearing my hair out...Norton wanted me to tune up pc 3 problems ...did the fix it but all I get is this..

Hi jmg1414,

Which Norton program are you having problems with and which version?  You can check the version by going to Support > About.

 

Can you also tell us which version of Windows you use and which Service Pack?

Did you download the Norton Uninstaller then try to reinstall? Also make sure you delete any previous downloads that you might have in your download folder.
