I can not get a pdf document to load. When I click on a pdf link a window opens with the first page showing and it is froze. No scrolling, No nothing, I have to close the window. This was not a problem prior to loading NIS 2011. One web site that I use has a lot of info in pdf docs. Kind of makes that web site useless. Could someone clue me in as to what settings to tweak. It is probably in the firewall.
I can’t supply the sight. It is a financial account. I tried some other sites and it appears to be site related. I had cured the problem before by setting the browser to accept third party cookies. If I could find a similiar setting in NIS 2011 I would be happy. I think the sites docs are stored on a third party server. Man I really hate to give up NIS 2011 but that site is a neccessity

OK, I have found somewhat of a solution. By tweaking the settings in Adobe reader I can now open the documents and scroll thru and read. One small problem remains which is not NIS related. When I click on the link I get a windows that asks download or open. When I answer open I get another window (Tee Hee I now have a blank open window) I can probably live with that.
Yes the site is listed in the trusted zones. I could try FF and probably will later on. At this time I can live with how it is working. Thanks for the help people.
It turns out that the Adobe Reader X plug-in is not yet compatible with IE9. The workaround is to save the PDF document to disk and open it with Adobe Reader. You should be able to have Adobe do that automatically by going to the Adobe settings in Edit > Preferences > Internet and unchecking "Display PDF in Browser."
