Hi, only yesterday did I start receiving this threat that "pebiosinterface32.dll contains suspicious.cloud.9". Apparently this file is apart of my ASUS motherboard and that would make sense since every time I boot up my PC, Norton will jump on it and put it in quarantine.
I have went through the steps contained in the sticky at the top of this forum about suspicious.cloud.x false positives. I'm not sure what the end result of these steps was to figure out, but Norton will still detect it if I run a scan and on booting up. I'm confident that this is a false positive, I'm just not sure what this file does exactly and if Norton is preventing my ASUS motherboard from working correctly. I haven't noticed any problems once it's quarantined, so I'm not sure how to proceed. Perhaps I can just ignore it? I just don't like Norton popping up now and then during the day saying it found this same "virus" again.
