Peculiar Celly Pop-Up...from Norton Mobile Security?

Hi.  I have a current, annual subscription to Norton Security (for my desktop and laptop computers), including Norton Mobile Security (for my Android phone).  In addition to Norton Mobile Security, the Android phone also has Norton Identity Safe and Norton Utilities (free version).

Three days ago (Oct. 11, 2016) I saw this pop-up on my Android phone and wondered, "What is this??  I already have Norton Mobile Security installed!  What's this 'warning' all about??"

I guess what I'm trying to say is, isn't Norton Mobile Security supposed to be protecting me against threats like "Dresscode Malware??"  So, why am I being "warned" about it?

It seems to me that when a person is already subscribed to the Norton Mobile Security service, such pop-up "warnings" should not be necessary.  To be frank--at first glance--this looked more like "scareware."  I mean, I wasn't even at the Google Play Store at the time.  And "scareware," I would think, is something Norton Mobile Security should be protecting against.  True?

Anyway, my two cents:  If a customer already has a subscription, please don't force pop-ups.  And if it is an advertisement, which seems unnecessary since I already have the product installed; please don't force that, either.  At least, make it look like an advertisement, rather than some kind of "warning."  That's all I wanted to point out.  Thanks.  wink
