One of the newest updates was this:

 

"Web Supervision

 

o   Parents can now adjust House Rules for Web Supervision."

 

How can I adjust the House Rules?

Hi mhansen,

 

The release announcement on July 3 is for Norton Family Android app.  You, as a parent should be able to set house rules on the Android device.

 

Do you see the option available on your Android device?

My android app keeps saying "session expired.  sign in again".  But it is completely locked up and won't let me access any screen.

 

I am using a Razr Maxx and I have the newest update.

 

I have to say I am still very disappointed that I cannot edit my house rules.  I have specific sites blocked (not just through the category) but I do not want my kids to know what these are.  PLEASE update this capability for the PC.

Hi mhansen,

 

We are aware of the "session expired.  sign in again" issue and are looking into a fix for the next release. In the meantime, you can uninstall and re-install the app as a workaround if you are still having this problem.
