The performance monitor is disabled. I click it on, click apply, and OK. When I open the window again the monitor is disabled. I am locked out of support by chat and telephone. Help!

In addition to the above required info, can you please do the below as well and let us know the if you are still facing the issue.
Go to Settings>>Administrative Settings>>Performance monitoring. Switch OFF this and click apply and then Switch it ON again and then click apply and check the Perf UI is enabled?

Did you mean Settings>>Miscellaneous Settings>>Performance monitoring? I have no Admin settings.

Hi joaocb40 Have you tried the steps above regarding switching ir off/on? you may also give Run Live Update a go too.
Yes, I have tried those steps but only a reboot can solve the issue, until it happen again.
