I have had to reinstall my NIS 2012 after a system restore. I notice that Settings -> General -> Performance Monitoring shows the its menu as Performance Monitoring with a red bar to the right and "Off" and all the subsiduary items below wth grey bars mostly to the left with "On" against them although "Handles" is grey to the right and "Off" - another one is grey and in the middle marked "Medium". They all seem to be controlled by Performance Monitoring at the top because when I switch that to "on" all the others go green underneath except "Handles" which is marked "off" and goes red. I then click "apply" or "ok" and close but when I take a look later each time Performance Monitoring is back to red and "Off" and all the others back to grey. Is the grey permanently on or off as marked as a default or is it faulty? I would be grateful if anyone can let me know the answer.
