Performance Monitoring Disabled and will not Re-Enable

Hi,

 

Booted the computer today and performance monitoring was disabled (it was enabled yesterday) in Internet Security.  While login as an administrator clicking the enable button in the performance monitoring screen does not re-enable the monitoring.  Also tried enabling it from the settings screen, the setting is shown as change but it is not remember once you exit the settings screen after clicking Apply and then OK.

 

Norton Internet Security Version: 20.2.0.19

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

 

Does anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it?

Hi,

 

Rebooted the computer and performance monitoring is now enabled again, without changing anything, must of been a temporary glitch.
