Performance monitoring is disabled, no maintenance either!

My Performance monitoring is disabled, no maintenance either, and toolbar on Firefox disappeared!

This is very recent. What is happening?!

I use NIS 20.6... and Google Chrome (now) on Windows 7 sp1.
