Performance Monitoring -Program Exclusions

In my settings for the Administrative Settings -Performance Monitoring ie: Program Exclusions I have two items as follows: 

 Are they suppose to be there??

Windows Explorer.exe    and

Symantec Service Framework         /Program Files/Norton360/Engine/5.2.0.13ccSvcHost.exe

 

Also : 

 

Please if anyone knows the correct setting for the Firewall as follows. 

I would appreciate knowing. 

 

Firewall - Program Rules

WMI Provider Host

Allow to other Computers

Any Computer

TCP & UDP Communications

Remote Domain 53

Yes - they are there as part of the default settings!

Also :

 Sorry I can not help you with the firewall-program rulles - allI ever use are the Default settings.
