Performance Screen disappears when select in NIS

I am running Norton Internet Security (ver. 19.8.0.14) under Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit).

When I select the Performance menu item,  the Performance Screen appears showing three tabs with the word "Loading". Then the screen disappears and I am not able to load NIS back up unless I reboot. I am still able to Run LiveUpdate, Quick Scan, View Recent History, etc.) with no issues.

I ran Norton AutoFix but it indicates no issues with the installation. Before this occurred, Norton issued a warning that my subscription expired and Norton Antivirus and Firewall were turned off. That's  incorrect because the subscription is still active and not to expire for some time.

I then noticed the Time and Date were showing the wrong day and time, and the year as 2009. I believe this is what got Norton  thinking my subscription had expired. After I fix this, Norton enabled both programs and began functioning correctly, except for the issue when selecting Performance.

Not sure how to resolve this, or if it's worth doing so.

Hi nortsukshelpme,

Sorry for the issue with the Norton.

Is the issue reproducible and if yes, how often you are seeing the issue? Could you provide us the screenshot of the performance UI?

Thanks!
