I am so very disappointed to say that, (1) a problem that began with NAV 2009's "ccsvchst.exe" totally taking over my computer for up to two hours went away when I updated to NAV 2010 BUT then mutated into causing a periodic out-of-the-blue reboot of my computer, sometimes as frequently as every 15 minutes. I could fine no obvious fickle finger of fate pointing to any cause. so I took the rash action of using (once again) the Norton Removal Tool and installing a free A/V. It has now been 2-1/2 hours since I finished installing the new A/V and the an open document I left is still there. There has been no reboot since I left for a meeting 2-1/2 hours ago. My faith and trust in Norton is shaken, because I have been loyal since the Peter Norton and DOS days. I have about 241 days left on my subscription and I may have to say goodbye. This time, my problem is (actually and more correctly, was) a lulu.
