I only see a way to temporarily disable Norton VPN that is included in Norton 360 Deluxe. How can I permanently disable Norton VPN that is included in Norton Deluxe 360? My kids can circumvent hardware firewall level protections if they enable Norton VPN in Norton 360. I was told by Norton tech support, that kids cannot disable Norton 360 VPN if they are using standard Windows 10 user profiles, but this is not the case. I adjusted their Win 10 user profile from Administrator to Standard and they can enable Norton 360 VPN without being prompted for elevated Win 10 rights. Norton 360 Admin screen offers a way to password protect access to the Norton 360 Admin GUI, but it allow us to permanently disable the Norton 360 VPN function nor does it allow us to password protect access to the Norton 360 VPN on/off buttons. The function to disable VPN or lock down access to it is crucial to properly securing Windows user profiles for kids. I am totally flabbergasted that Norton would make a product that doesn't allow us to control whether our kids can enable the Norton 360 VPN firewall or not.
