A week or so Norton Security Scan icon appeared on my desktop. I did not install this software. I have not installed "Google Pack". I've uninstalled it three or four times using the "Add or Remove Programs" control panel. Each time the program re-installs itself a day or two later.
Please can anyone tell me how to permanently remove Norton Security Scan?
