I ordered DVDs via a site called topdvdboxset.com and made payment. Well structures site, well organized payment system - I paid and got an order confirmation only to find out after several days that there is no physical address and/or phone number available.
On my credit card statement I found that the site is located in China.
Is there a NORTON site where I can report fraudulent sites to?
