I was reading posts from another user from January-February 2011 and am having the same issues. My phishing toolbar that shows websites that are "verified" or "fraud detected" is not showing up. I uninstalled Norton and reinstalled it, yet that did not work. I viewed the activity monitor in the utilities folder and it appears to be running to me.
