We have Norton Internet Security and have had several phone calls in recent weeks from someone who claims to be from "onlinepcgenius". They say that we have viruses on our home PC that cannot be detected/stopped by Norton. They say these are "Trojan Horse" and "Blue Bug" and can be detected by their server. We have done a system scan on Norton and this shows no viruses.
I have looked at the onlinepcgenius website and this seems legitimate.
Can anyone provide any advice? Your guidance is very welcome.
