Are you still having issues with your phone number not being recognized?
I have not heard back from my contact yet.
I too ran into this issue with my mobile number not being recognized. This came after an update to the Norton Privacy Manager app. I worked with one of my Norton contacts to work this out. There were many other users that ran into the same problem.
