PIN to unlock the child's device

Issue abstract: no option to enter PIN to unlock child’s device

Detailed description:
Once the child has reached the allowed time limit or or the child’s device is in the curfew hours there’s no option on child device where to enter the emergency pin. I only see the option to reach out the defined emergency numbers. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

OS details: Android 13

Could you please enable the PIN settings for the child by following the instructions here.

After enabling, you will have the option to unlock with the emergency pin.

Additionally, open the Norton Family app in the child’s device, tap on child avatar, tap on house rules and pull down to refresh to ensure the policy is refreshed.
