In one day I cant access my passwords. Now when I sign in it doesnt make me chose my pin. which was working fine a couple of days ago. Now it doesnt even give me the option. and even if I use a password I still cant get in. I hate to delete everything and lose all my important information again. Please help.

Whilst I could raise my Norton Subscription through the website, I didn't realize at the time that I had to download the program to my PC. Trouble was that Microsoft update of a few days ago prevented access to Photos and after many hours on remote access they decided to remove Windows complete and re-install. Downside was that that all programs were lost, so I am now rebuilding my favourites. All is good now with Norton Icons, front & back and everywhere. Thank you so much for your help.

Norton protection will start automatically when you start your Windows.
