I have several workstations with norton installed. I was hit with ransomware (completely rebuilt) and decided to protect my network by disconnecting my network when I leave for the evening and reconnect early in the morning until a better fix - I have been hit twice from 12:00 to 01:00 in the morning. - When I come in the office, one Windows 10 system will not respond to pinging from all other systems. - if I turn off the Norton firewall for just 15 minutes I can go around and connect all mapped drives to this system. If I get disconnected in any way I have to start all over again and shut down the norton firewall to get back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Norton on the problem machine. - I have called norton and they had me do this again - Is there a norton/windows setting to fix this? - Thanks - this started about 2 months ago??
