Please Add 30 Minute Time Limit

Could you please add a 30 minute time limit option, or even better, the ability to specify any value in minutes? I have 5 kids, and we limit them to 30 minutes on weekdays. The current minimum of 1 hour makes the time limit feature useless for us. If you could add the ability to specify a custom time, or at least, add a 30 minutes option, it would really make this ideal for us.

 

Any idea if this is on the radar?

Also can we have a half hour increment on the time of day for blocking?

If it helps, I also need this option. I don't need everything at 30 minute intervals (e.g. 10.5 hours), but we do have systems where we enforce a 30 minute limit - an hour is just too long for us. 30 minutes would be WAY more useful than some of the existing options (e.g. 23 hours).

 

Thanks - hope this gets in so I can switch to OnlineFamily. This is the one feature keeping me from switching.

I appreciate your attention to this. I know it has been added to the "enhancement list", but can you give us an idea of when it will be implemented and available to us? Our kids still have to set a separate timer when using the computer since since there is no 30 min time limit option available. Will this be included in the next code push, and when do you expect that to take place?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you the timeline by which this enhancement will be seen in the product. Please note that, the enhancement request for incorporating all flexibilities asked above with respect to Time Settings is raised to the Development and it is under consideration. Now, it is upto the decision makers/developers/designers whether they fix it or not, or how and when enhancement will be implemented.
