Hello everyone,
First of all, let me introduce myself. 
As you know, the Norton community extends beyond this forum, and we have Norton forums in French, German, Chinese and Japanese too. My main responsibility is to manage the French Norton forum. Besides that, I'm also working in some research projects which involve the whole of the Norton community.
Some of you might remember (and use) a special spelling and grammar tool that we had implemented some time ago, which you can access anytime you write a post on the forum.
We are looking to improve this tool and understand people's general opinion about linguistic improvement in the context of the forums. For that, we've prepared a short survey and would be really grateful if you could spare a few minutes to answer it.

Any questions you have about the survey, let me know by private message. Your questions may affect the way other people answer the survey. If needed, I will then post a comment here to clarify any arising issues. Also, in line with that, we'd ask you for now to please refrain from giving your opinion about the spell and grammar checker in response to this post
