I am very upset that remote management has been taken away within the last week on my specific account. Others dont seem to be having this problem. My account layout has been totally changed and I would like to find a way to get it back to the old version or add the same features back. I appreciate being able to logon to my norton account and have the other computers including mine share when they are online and offline as well as notifying me when one of the computer needed updates run, I would remind everyone. I am very very very unsatisfied and EXTREMELY upset I cannot see when a computer is logged onto when I am not home. Like for example, if someone is using mine. I will know if its showing online. This is the sole reason I paid $65 and just renewed with norton bc i HAD that ability. What is most upsetting is that nit everyone has this update on their account. Please add this back or notify me on how I can get the old account layout back. Thank you.

Still not resolved.... Still have this awful new web design in account management. If I can't have the old account management screen back at least add the option to view computer online and offline statuses. Thank you.
