PRODUCT: Norton 360 - Family (Parental Controls)
OS: Windows 10 (not relevant as this is the web interface from My Norton)
ISSUE: You have tied the time limit field to the allowed/blocked time for reasons which escape my understanding. The issue is time limit is in 1-hour increments while allowed/blocked is in 30-minute increments. So, it is impossible for me to give my child 2.5 hours of time on a device. The ask here is to separate the link between these two fields so we can effectively manage time for our children.
The only workaround is to use the mobile app, which, if we're being honest, is awful and has a host of issues by itself. Here is how the web interface looks. Note the error message in Orange - this is the issue I am indicating.
