(Sorry for posting this again, not sure where to post it). Hope you're all well. I'm new to norton and seem to be lost already. Hope there's someone who wouldn't mind helping me out. I had a message saying: dwm.exe.vir contains threat backdoor.cycbot!gen5 I did a full scan and tried to remove it and the message said it couldn't be removed. I did a full scan, still couldn't remove it. I think downloaded the norton power eraser and this didn't move it either. It is still in my unresolved security risk section. When I click on more details it says: Infected file
c:\Qoobox\quarantine\C\users\me\appdata\roaming\dwm.exe\vir manual removal required and the other one says:
c:\Qoobox\quarantine\C\users\me\appdata\roaming\microsoft\conhost.exe.vir No fix attempted. My computer seems to be running fine with no problems, but I'm not sure if I should be concerned about these messages and what I should be doing. Sorry for the long message, but I'm new when it comes to computers and I wanted to explain as much about the problem as possible. Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me any help.
