I have tried to add my new card to my account, but the system won't accept it.
Plus, over the years I somehow have managed to have two email accounts linked to my subscriptions; one is an old address which I don't use anymore, and my current one. My subscription was due for renewal, and I decided to upgrade to 360, but of course my new card can't be added for payment ... and the story goes on and flipping on!!
I have tried and tried to connect with a live assistant but am going around in circles over and over again. It is positively infuriating!!
How do I get Norton to help me???? I have spent hours on here and am getting more and more angry and frustrated.
