Please help me!!! I want recovery my file after NIS 2011 delete

Hi all,

 

I use Thunder Bird to read and write mail, but when have a mail attach "virus", the NIS ask me want to "delete it"

So I chose "yes" ==> and NIS deleted my item "Sent" ( about 2GB)

Now, I want to recove it.

Please help me.
