Please help me, I recently purchased Norton Security Premium, ran all the normal stuff to get it going.
It performed a cleanup of files. It has mistaken an encrypted file as a windows temporary file.
It was on the route directory of D name.file (note my operating system and windows is on C).
This file was a verycrypt file that stored heaps of photos and videos.
The log below, that 33,636MB is mostly my file.

Please, is there anyway I can restore? Undelete programs are gonna have a hard time recovering an encrypted file this size.
I rang up Norton helpline and they asked me to pay $199 to look in to it for me!
