I am not able to see your authentication code, nor am I am able to see a keywords meta tag.

 

When viewed with IE8, I note that the website wants to run an "ietag.dll" add-on. Did you add the content as a smart tag?

On your Home page, I see you have a "description" meta tag. You can add the 128 character authentication code to that tag if it's easier.

 

It should look something like this:  HTC, Plantronics and more top brands, zz-1234-abc ....

 

(An example of nortonsw authentication code is highlighted in blue text)

Okay, I see the code now. Perhaps the size of the head element threw me off.

 

I shall notify the Safe Web team who will manually verify site ownership. Allow them a day or two to respond back to you in this thread.

 

Once ownership has been verified, your site will be queued for the rating evaluation.

 

Be sure the code remains in place until ownership is verified. Leaving the code in the meta tag will not affect your site or the visitor's experience.
