I have looked everywhere on the discussion board and cannot find anything related to what I am looking for. I have a PC with Norton Anti Virus 2011 installed. This morning after scanning my computer Norton asked if I wanted to download "intrusion prevention and insight protection," I chose to download it. The program then said that my computer had a "BAD" file and asked if I wanted to fix it. I said yes. The program then asked me to reboot my computer. After logging turning my computer back on I found that the program that holds all of the data for my husbands business is gone! I called the programmer and designer of the program and he said that I would need to contact Norton. I am freaking out! Please help! Anyone at all???
