Please help on Symantec Endpoint Protection 11!!

Hi all,

I have got the message and dont really know how to resolve it.

 

"An exception occurred while trying to run c:\progra~1\common~1\symant~1\virusd~1\20081126.037\cceraser.dll, DetectCache 3064"
