I have a Norton Internet Security system and I had it downloaded in my computer before we changed out my hard drive, well in the process, i found my box, disc, and instruction booklet but can't find the sleeve with the product code key on it......so i can download it again......I have used the system before and even registered it and used live update........so i contacted norton tech and they can't help me and told me to go to symantec and i was on the symantec forums and they are telling me to go back to norton.........i need to find my code somehow, i can't believe after registering and using the live update that someone doesn't have a product code key for me...either norton or symantec, can someone please help me, i have looked and now i have trojans and worms on my computer so i need to get the code key asap.........and i can't afford to buy another system set.........mine isn't expired, i think i had about 1 yr left.....so......any help would be greatly appreciated.......!!! thanks, jackie d. green
