I am sorry to say that I too am plagued with a Zeroaccess P2P Request problem. The problem has been going on for a couple of weeks now. I have Windows 7, 64-bit operating system. I have Norton Internet Security 20.2.0.19 and also use HMA! Pro VPN. Norton History shows the risk as High, No Action Required, and the traffic as UDP over port 16465. Norton seems to be blocking it ok but what I really need is to clean my pc of this pest and get rid of it for good. The attack is from \DEVICE\HARDDISKVOLUME2\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SVCHOST.EXE.
I have read through many of the Zeroaccess issues posted on this board and know that if I'm to get help here, that I shouldn't run any tools or try to mimic any fixes given to other users.
I know that I cannot fix this myself as I have no idea what I'm doing. I would be most grateful for your help in resolving it.
