I have two android cell phones that i have downloaded the onlinefamily app by norton from the google play store in to. However, I am not able to have both of my childrens phones protected or monitored at the same time. when I log into my online family account from my home computer, it only has one of the children protected. I tried to select the check box like the help menu tells me to, but it does not allow me to check it if the red line is in the box. What do I do???
