Can you make Norton Bootable Recovery Tool be available in Canada either alone or bundled with software like Norton 360 Deluxe w/ Norton Utilities Ultimate that you can buy in Canada? I have tried to access it in Canada but it doesn't allow you to download it in Canada.
It is one of the few reputable Bootable rescue too available. Windows defender offline likely doesn't allow you to run the program on windows 10 or 11 from external media.
