Pokemon Go

I do not use Pokemon Go on my smart phone.  In fact, the only thing I use the phone for is making and receiving calls.  Therefore, why do I need to add Pokemon Go security to the phone?  If I do not need it then stop sending me the message to update.

I neither need, or want, updates on my phone.

If it is a Norton screen with the message, there is no update to specifically cover Pokemon Go. Depending on what Norton product you are using, this is probably just an ad to let you know that Norton can protect you if you are playing that game.

Next time you see the pop up, look for a Do Not Ask Again link, and tap that.

You say you do not want updates, and that is fine if you are only using the device as a phone. Just remember if you have internet access enabled, either through wifi or cell data, you should at least make sure your Norton Mobile Security app is up to date.
