Hi this is my first go at this type of communication and I have been a user of 360 for over 5 years but over the last few days, 5, I am very disappointed with the support given by Norton. First of all I am an "oldie" and not that bright at computing with the start of dementia setting in. Well my story begins, I had a message flag up from Norton to say my sub's are up and I can no longer use the product, I am not due for another month. I contacted Norton support via chat and let Norton take control of my laptop to get the problem fixed, after 45 mins of watching all sorts of work been done but with no fix, all that happened was my L/P froze. So I restarted if and went on again and advised the new person what I had contacted Norton for. Sorry if I am going slow but I am trying to remember what happened. Well I again got another person who took control of my L/P but after 45 mins I had top go out and I was given an number to tell another person when I logged on again. This I did and was again asked to had over control and was asked to contact the Norton server with my key number in 48hrs as there is a problem. Well I had lots of tea over the next 48+ hrs and was expecting to just do what I was advised and get back surfing, No way at all so I surfed through my remaining brain and thought about deleting my 360 and installing a 360 free trial and well I was pleased it worked and I now have my 360 back, but a bit better than my lost one. Finally is there any other people who had the same problem if so did I do the right thing or should I have contacted the support again. Many thanks for reading my story. TTFN Steve
