Poor tech support help

I'm very frustrated with Norton and may just buy another company's software even though I just paid for a new Norton subscription.  I installed Norton 360 over a week ago and received a pop-up error message.  Tier-1 tech support can't help me, and I have been waiting for calls from Tier-2 support.  Today, I had an appointment window.  My phone was with me the entire time.  After waiting about 90 minutes, I checked my email.  I got an email from Norton Support saying that tech support tried to contact me, but couldn't reach me.  My cell phone shows no missed call or voicemail any callers during my appointment window.  I'm extremely disappointed with Norton Support.  I never considered leaving Norton until now.

Expected wait time to speak with a Norton presentative is way longer than the 3 minutes showing on the Norton Support site.  One time, I was on hold for over an hour and no one answered.  This is just poor customer service.
