I didn't follow the link, in case it was a scam. I signed into my account & there was a message in communications. With a German header! Luckily I can read German.
After wasting precious time on Christmas Eve, I finally discovered what you were really trying to tell me: update my credit card info.
In future, instead of upsetting clients, could you send a message that says what you mean? Update your credit card info.
