There is a secure pop-up window on Sharebuilder's website that asks for five security questions. You can select the security question and give an answer. However, when you say add this question to my profile, nothing happens. Is there anything in Norton 360 that would cause this to happen? Or, is there anything in Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium that would cause this? I am stumped.

That sounds like a browser problem to me. Maybe a setting not quite right.
Which browser are you using?
It happens in both Internet Explorer 11 and Google Chrome.
I don't think it is anything to do with Norton.
Have you contacted the site to see if they have any suggestion?
I contacted the website first. They said they've never heard of anything like this happening. I was covering all the bases. Any suggestions?

To be honest, I'm running out of ideas. If you go there with Internet Explorer can you click the gear icon > Compatibility View Settings and add that site. Does the problem persist?
