@Annette_Rubelmann I too am also seeing repeated requests for network access as if my settings are moot in the firewall settings. Regarding your issue. Have a look at these settings in your Norton settings. Where the General tab shows “Automatic Program Control” click the small radio button just to its right. I have mine set to ASK for specific reasons that fit my needs. As a test your side. Try selection of Smart Mode from that list and reboot. Let things run a bit and see if that corrects anything on your side.
