I've tried to delete the following files, tammgf119.sys, tammgf119, tammgf113.sys, tammgf113, even after deleting them and I reboot they come back up. Even after malwarebytes detects them they are quarentined but then yet again they come up. These files seem to create popups even when I'm not on the internet. Can Norton detects these and delete. My last resort is to just reinstall windows to be on the safe side. Need help
