I have a legacy software program and I am trying to get it to work on Win 10 Pro. The software uses a USB HASP HL for security. The program can't find the HASP. Does Norton block port 1947?

Hello Mike. Yes that is a stealthed, open port in the Norton firewall. As a possible solution, vice creation of a firewall rule give this a go.
